For Students

1.The role of the Training and Placement Cell is of a facilitator and counsellor for the placement related activities.

2.The Interested students sign their willingness by registering for the placement and the department coordinator will get the data of interested students and submit the students data in Excel sheet.

3.The placement facility is available for the students registered for placement , who are likely to complete the diploma programme at the end of the current academic year.

4.The students should contact the respective department placement coordinator for all placement related queries.

5.The students should share their data only with the department coordinator or the TPO Cell.

6.Once the student applies for a company, he/she is supposed to complete the entire procedure and is not permitted to back off in between.

7.The students will get selected in a company as per the criteria decided by the respective company.

8.The selected students may not be allowed to sit in further job interviews as per the placement policy of the institute.

9. If the number of short-listed students is less and the Pool campus drives in other colleges if the company demands, students will have to visit their specified company location for an interview.

10.The students should share only correct academic and personal information during the placement process. If any information provided by the student is found to be false, it may lead to cancellation of the placement by the respective industry.

11.The students are advised to wear the institute uniform and keep the institute Identity Card ready while participating in the campus placement process.

12.Students are not allowed to contact by phone or email to the company HR/official directly.In case of any query they should approach respective department coordinator and if required to the TPO.

13.Selected students will have to join the company as per dates communicated by the company. After joining, students should send a joining letter ,salary slip to the department coordinator/TPO by mail for record purposes.
